Panago Pizza CCC – Customer Service Representative

If you are high-energy and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment providing over-the-top customer service, the hottest pizza chain in Canada is looking for you.

Panago Pizza is now hiring passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work flexible shifts immediately, including weekends and evenings from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

All you need is a great attitude and a little free time!

Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints

· Provide information about the products and services

· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

· Document and update customer records based on interactions

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Virtual Requirements:

· Dedicated, high-speed internet connection with hard-line capability (must be able to connect directly to modem via ethernet cable

· Dedicated workspace, free of distraction

· Live within 30km of the customer contact center (Abbotsford 33149 Mill Lake Rd)

· Ability to attend shifts in-office when requested.

Who should apply?

You have previous experience, are passionate about working with people and providing an exceptional customer experience.

You are a mature candidate with excellent communication skills, who displays attention to detail.

You can provide a minimum availability for 25 hours each week, which includes 3 pm-close.

We are open 7-days a week! Sunday to Thursday 7 am – 12 am, and Friday and Saturday 7 am – 1 am.

Availability requirements:

1. Candidates must be able to provide availability for a minimum of 25-30 hours/week.

2. Must include a minimum of 3 dinner shifts (5 hours between 3 PM and 10 PM)

3. Must include Friday minimum of 5 hours between 3 PM and 10 PM

4. Must include Saturday OR Sunday, minimum of 5 hours between 3 PM and 10 PM

Priority consideration will be given to candidates that can work between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

If selected, attendance for all training dates is mandatory.
